Asian stocks plummeted on Thursday after Chinese economic data showed weakening growth due to a trade war between the US and China.
The MSCI index, which had shown good performance at the beginning of the trading session, entered the negative range and lost 0.4%.
Japan's Nikkei fell 0.6%.
China's Shanghai Index turned from the positive trend to flat.
The Australian S&P/ASX200 lost some of its profits.
China's industrial production growth in October slumped sharply to 4.7%, while forecasts were at 5.4%. Among China's economic data, retail sales and investment growth also failed to meet forecasts.
